ParodyNote started with two bored girls sitting in a room with nothing to do...
They had recently been interested in the new anime that had been released in America which seemed to be sweeping the nation: Death Note. Although the title may be a little...frightening and dark, the show was a mystery or as they call it, a cop show.
A murder mystery and the chase of a lifetime between a mass murder with seemingly good intentions being hunted down by the greatest detective of all time and the governments all around the world, but it takes place in Japan. Eventually, his mind becomes corrupt, and becomes lost in his new found power called the Death Note, a simple black notebook that if a persons name is written, they will die within 40 seconds or however long you want. He soon claims that he will be 'justice and god of the new world'. With the (kinda) help from a Shinigami, god of death, named Ryuk, he winds and sneaks his way around any obstacle thrown at him to make his dream a reality...
Soon, these two girls named Amanda and Jennifer, got the strange idea to make a parody of the show. They claimed it to be serious and dark...well, they were total opposite! Spazzy and weird, they planned to add a humorous twist to the show. Together with many friends, all different and some that reminded them of the characters, they assigned rolls and soon got together during the summer of 08'. This site is a place for them to update and track whats up and whats down. Thanks you for reading and good luck to us all!
